Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse without any penalty.
After Dispatch: If the order is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible. However, you can refuse the delivery at your doorstep, subject to a deduction of the standard shipping charge.
2. Return Policy
Inspection Upon Delivery: We highly encourage our customers to inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you notice any external damage, leakage, or inconsistencies, please inform the delivery person immediately.
Time Frame for Returns: You can request a return within 5 to 8 days from the date of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Conditions for Return: You may initiate a return under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective: The packaging is torn, unsealed, or the product was damaged during transit.
Expired Product: The item delivered has passed its expiration date.
Incorrect Delivery: The item delivered does not match your original order.
Quality Mismatch: The appearance, quality, or standard of the product significantly differs from the description on our website or social media pages.
Weight/Quantity Discrepancy: The actual weight or volume is less than what was specified in your order.
Non-Returnable Items: To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
Products bought during a “Clearance Sale” or special promotional campaigns (unless damaged or expired).
Products that have been fully consumed or emptied.
Items returned without their original packaging, labels, or tags.
3. Refund Policy
Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Taste & Test): Because we sell authentic and organic food items, we understand you may need to taste the product to judge its quality. If you have consumed a small portion and find the quality unsatisfactory, you can return the rest. In such cases, the price of the consumed quantity will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be fully refunded.
Refund Processing & Methods:
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item at our facility, our quality control team will inspect it. We will initiate the refund within 3 to 5 business days after the inspection is complete.
Refund Method: Refunds will be transferred directly to your preferred Mobile Financial Service (bKash/Nagad), Bank Account, or issued as Store Credit for your next purchase, based on your preference.
Shipping Charges: * If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, wrong, or expired product), Khati Food Bazar will bear the entire return shipping cost.
If the return is based on subjective taste or a change of mind, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for another item of the same value (e.g., exchanging one type of honey for another), you can do so within the 5 to 8 days window. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Applicable delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
5. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange
Initiating a request is simple:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via Phone or WhatsApp.
- Provide Details: Share your Order Number along with clear photos or a short video highlighting the issue with the product.
- Approval & Pickup: Once your request is verified and approved, we will instruct our delivery partner to pick up the item directly from your location. Please ensure the product is securely repacked to avoid transit damage.
